- At Guaranteed Fitness and Bodyworks of Amesbury, Owner Michelle Baker uses the skills she has learned from being a certified personal trainer and licensed massage therapist to improve people's bodies. Her goal is to help them achieve greater comfort, agility, strength, energy and peace. She finds the most success comes when utilizing a combination of exercise and massage. That was the driving force behind Michelle getting licensed in massage therapy, after first focusing on personal training for many years. Guaranteed Fitness and Bodyworks has helped those suffering from a variety of conditions, including arthritis, stress, effects of a stroke, sever brain injury, Multiple Sclerosis, joint replacements, and soft tissue injuries, such as in knee and shoulder tendons/ligaments. Michelle also works with clients to offset ailments related to weight gain, aging, or on-the-job demands.
