• The Veteran Adjusting School Mission: To help Americas returning heroes gain long term employment in the insurance claims adjusting field. We arent looking for students. Were looking for Commitment! Veteran Adjusting School (VAS) was founded by current and former Independent CAT adjusters. Our instructors are some of the best in the industry and they know what it takes to earn that title. We believe there is no better work force than Veterans to train in the exciting career of catastrophe adjusting because of their unique skill set and discipline. We are committed to providing the insurance claims adjusting industry with the best trained and most committed personnel available. While working as managers and trainers during the 2011 storm season our founders were made aware of the plight our returning Veterans were having of finding not only a job, but a career. Knowing the benefits and opportunities catastrophic insurance adjusting had to offer we went into action. We researched other training schools and facilities and put together a comprehensive training program that will take our students from potentially not knowing what a cat adjuster is, to transforming them into highly trained, VAS trained, adjusters. We then place our students on the roster of one or more of our affiliated Independent Adjusting Firms. We have found no other adjuster training school that offers all we do.
