• GPM Investments, LLC, or GPM, is the largest privately-owned company in the convenience store channel of business, operating or supplying fuel to more than 1,000 stores in a total of 18 states! GPM started its growth in August 2013 with the purchase of a 263 -store group, which included the brand names of Scotchman®, Youngs, Lil Cricket, Quick & Easy Everyday Shop & Café®, BreadBox and Cigarette City®. They are located in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. The Southeast division offers branded quick service restaurants, hot fresh deli offerings and fresh bakery offerings. GPM expanded into the Midwest after taking ownership of 42 Road Ranger convenience stores with gasoline sales, now rebranded to Fas Mart®/Fas Fuel, and one Subway location. These stores are located in Illinois, Iowa and Kentucky. Development into the Midwest continued when GPM took ownership of 161 convenience stores, of which 126 have gasoline sales in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Michigan. These stores operate under the Village Pantry® and Next Door Store brand names. In 2016, GPM began operating 15 convenience stores with gasoline sales in Southern Illinois, Iowa and Nebraska which it acquired from Gas-Mart USA, Inc, 42 Apple Market convenience stores with gasoline sales and supply to 20 dealer-operated stores in Virginia and Kentucky which it acquired from Fuel USA and 17 Jiffi Stop® convenience stores with gasoline sales and one stand-alone car wash location in Illinois and Missouri. Most recently, GPM took ownership of 137 convenience stores with fuel sales and 33 discount tobacco shops in Michigan and Indiana from Admiral Petroleum Company. Along with these acquired store brands, GPM continues to operate over 200 fas mart® and Shore Stop® locations in Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Virginia!
