• The Executive Service Corps was founded in 1999 to offer nonprofit organizations affordable management consulting and mentoring services. ESC works with client organizations to impliment good business practices into their operations. Our goal is to help nonprofits run more strategic, profitable businesses; working to achieve their missions. Our staff is volunteer.ESC volunteers come from all kinds of different backgrounds. We have career management consultants, accountants, human resources professionals, corporate managers, CEOs and entrepreneurs. All have a proven track record of excellence in their respective field and all are people who share a commitment to public service and improving their community. Historically, most ESC volunteers have been retired from their professional careers, and are looking for a way to put all that they have learned and done to use in an important way. Today, ESC has volunteers who are still working, but have great flexibility in their schedules and some volunteers who are semi-retired but looking for volunteer opportunities.Regardless of your background commitment is the most important qualification. We do important work, we often hold the future of an agency in our hands- follow through and commitment are essential!
