All qualifying agencies applying for United Way funding must have proven results within Ector County and are required to meet with local volunteer panels which make funding recommendations to the United Way Board of Directors.We measure progress by the results that our partner agencies report. By working closely with our community impact volunteers and staff, agencies can adapt programs to better serve the needs of the community.
