The firms intellectual property services include acting as inhouse and outside counsel for world-wide patent protection and utilization, trademarks, copyrights, intellectual property strategy and related matters. We have foreign associates that cover every major country in the world.The firm assists clients with idea and invention creation through patent brainstorming for new products and technologies and invention harvesting for existing products and technologies. Our patent team prosecutes patent applications with a focus on global applications.
