• Boothbay Lobster Co. is a restaurant start-up with a simple goal: to deliver our retail customers the freshest Maine seafood possible. To do so, we maintain close relationships with our Maine farm and fishing partners and operate our own logistics network to supply multiple mobile vending platforms and our flagship restaurant in Stamford, CT. (Coming 2016) Were working to leverage our freshness commitment and lean logistics network to build a unique and extraordinary multi-unit restaurant brand. Though we honor centuries-old traditions in our culinary approach, the Boothbay Lobster Company has 21st century values: we seek to promote sustainability in everything we do, embrace diversity, and our social responsibility promises center upon local poverty alleviation and providing job skills and opportunities to young individuals facing barriers to education.
