Aved helps people to earn more with their investment/retirement dollars while taking less risk and earning a higher average rate of return (we do not sell any insurance or other standard financial products). We use the fund to provide high interest, first position, equity based loans to experienced real estate investors. By working with experienced investors, we are able to provide a stable, predictable and profitable return.While we can't guarantee a specific rate of return, we can guarantee that we won't charge any management fees if we don't produce at least an 8% rate of return for the year. Once we clear the 8% preferred rate of return, the management fees we do charge are only based on the return above the 8% and never on the principle.
