- Yoga 4 Life is a community for not only yoga but community outreach and Living Local through Yoga. We are passionate about our Service Yoga Projects with veterans, active duty stress, local agriculture, farms, wineries, fitness, and personal well being through Body Mind Awareness.Creating energy through our students, we aim to achieve a balance of inner awareness, presence through breath and renewed personal strength. Lara enjoys including meditation, poetry, readings and inspiring music as a means to enlighten, empower and recharge. Our passions are also to taking yoga out of the studio and into the world by incorporating natural elements (Earth, Sun, Fire, & Water) and nature with Body Mind integration. Providing a gateway to engage all of your senses; mind, body, spirit, sight & sound as they come together to create a unique and complete experience is an oasis for stress relief and tension release, allowing you to stretch, breath, relax, and find life balance.SERVICE YOGA PROJECT - Our SERVICE plans for the future will bring us to places we can serve with our practice. * Prison Yoga Project Certified: focuses on PTSD of incarcerated, Wounded Warriors (Veterans), and trauma. * Wounded Warriors Yoga Transition Projects - Service Yoga Project * Yoga and Empowerment * Live Local in Loudoun - Yoga on the Wine Trail***Yoga supporting The Wounded Walk - Leesburg, VA - US Marines bringing awareness to Veteran and active duty transition programs. Monday nights: 6:30pm @ Yoga 4 Life's Sundance Studio***At times our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person.
