In 2008, he took on one of the toughest jobs in UK banking when he joined the troubled Northern Rock as Chief Executive. He was responsible for its rescue, stabilisation and restructuring.Our senior management team is made up of people who are passionate about delivering a great service to customers. With many years of experience from across financial services they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to NBNK. Our Board has extensive experience in business and in government, where they have been involved in looking at the reform of the financial services sector.
