This enables us to identify and address problems before they get out of control ultimately saving our clients' money in unplanned assessments. This approach sets us apart from our competition and enables our clients to get the highest quality of service with the most personal attention available.Owner and founder Steven A. Dannin, PCAM©, started Dannin Management in 1998. Steve left an equity position in one of Boston's leading management companies to build a customer service focused property management company. Dannin Management was founded on Steve's 25+ years of experience in property management, maintenance management, construction administration, financial and budgetary planning for condominium, residential, and commercial properties.
