• Radial Engine Innovations, Ltd., (REI) has totally redesigned the traditional radial engine creating a new compact, patented version having a continuous variable speed transmission with multiple power take offs allowing the engine itself to house a generator, air compressor and transmission all as a single unit. This simple, compact redesigned engine produces less friction allowing it to achieve up to a twenty percent (20%) decrease in fuel consumption, cleaner CO2 emissions and, alternatively, the adaptable use of alternative fuels. REIs goal is to have the redesigned radial engine revolutionize a number of industries and marketplaces in the United States and around the world. To date, REI has successfully won approval for twenty-one (21) patents for its Continuously Variable Transmission (the CVT) with additional filings to follow which will result in complete worldwide patent protection for the CVT and all of its adaptable applications to the global consuming masses. The Unique Features of the CVT Patent are more specifically set forth below. Currently REI is in production for the initial development and manufacturing of three (3) specific redesigned engines as follows: Engine design to operate custom hand crafted motorcycles. Engine to operate multifunctional generators (residential, commercial, military/defense, off grid adaptation) equipped with optional housing units. Engine for usage in the Super Truck Program and specifically designed to meet newly enacted rules and regulations to cut greenhouse gas emissions and increase fuel efficiency in heavy-duty trucks and other large vehicles.
