• ACT Leadership exists to serve and help navigate leaders through complex change initiatives. We are a training, consulting and coaching business. Our expertise is in the design and delivery of Leadership Development programs aligned to real change programs. By creating simulations, we provide a safe space where leaders can experiment,test, fail in a parallel universe, taking this learning into real life situations.Having seen why so many change programs fail, we will work with our clients to identify these pitfalls and design training and coaching behind the scenes, to ensure failure does not happen in reality. We experiment and create unique learning methods, such as Applied Improvisation and Acting which we believe are necessary when change and uncertainty are the only constant. Building on 20 years of international consulting experience in a multitude of industries, we have the depth and breadth of experience to be able to quickly create case studies and scenarios that reflect your reality. With 12 years of experience with PwC and ATOS KPMG, both internally and with clients, we have designed and delivered innovative training programs. About Mike HutchinsMike is a CPA / Chartered Accountant with 20 years international consulting experience. His expertise is in managing large global change programs for clients such as Vodafone, Cemex and Wolseley. He has worked in multiple industries, including Telecoms, Automotive, US Federal Government Contracting, Logistics and Distribution, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare and Financial Services. Mike is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has designed numerous successful BPR programs. He is currently training to be a Certified Co-Active Coach. He is certified in numerous 360 assessment tools, such as the Leadership Circle Profile. In his spare time, Mike likes to do Stand Up, Acting and Improv and is fascinated about how this can be applied to the business world.
