• Lamm Engineering Associates PLLC is a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) utilizing over 150 years of staff experience in site civil design, utilities, and land development, including water, sewer, stormwater, streets, parking, steam, chilled water, gas, duct banks, utility vaults, grading, private and commercial site design, municipal utilities, treatment plants, elevated tanks, parks and recreational facilities, and university infrastructure, as well as strong partnerships with SUE and surveying firms. The LEA team exceeds all the requirements for SBEs, and if a project requires it, we will team with other unique and creative small firms to tackle special design needs.Our task is simple. Lamm Engineering Associates PLLC does not work for our clients - we work with them as part of our team. This design philosophy is what offers each client a product they can feel confident about, but also a project completed on time and within budget.
