We understand that every establishment has unique needs but have one thing in commona high quality product. Thats why we bake to order and deliver 7 days a week with no minimum order requirement. Our bread is not shaped by a machine or measured by a computer. Ordering could not be simpler. You can reach us by phone or e-mail. Our product list changes as your needs change so give us a call and well bring you samples and set you up with a wholesale account.CateringStop in and find out about our catering offerings...breakfast or lunch options are available for every budget..Bakery CafeWe started with a wholesale bread operation, but that wasnt quite enough. The River West neighborhood needed a little something more. So in April 2012, we opened our retail space at 1332 W. Grand Avenue. This gave us the chance to offer fresh-baked bread to our community member who didnt quite need wholesale quantity. We also smoke our own meats (come visit the carvery and ask for Brian), and also brine our own pastrami.
