Since its inception in 2012, Fraction has acquired four companies; Fraction Technologies Inc., which offers fluid containment solutions, Fusion Oilfield Services and Big League Utilities Corp., which offer an array of water transfer services, and Birch Oilfield Services, which offers transport of fluids when the geography or distances do not allow temporary pipelines. We provide one-stop-shop to our customers for their fracturing fluid and provide services along the entire value chain from sourcing, transfer, storage, heating and transportation.We will continue to grow with the ever changing needs of the industry to provide our customers with cutting edge solutions and new and innovative ideas.
