Thirty-four full-time faculty members and additional staff serve 5,500 students who are working toward associates degrees, certificates, career education or continuing education. LTCC ranks first among small California Community Colleges for the number of students who transfer to four-year universities in the California State University and University of California systems.Careers with LTCC provide a range of avenues for staff and faculty to learn and grow at the same time they guide students to be successful.
