In 2006 a group of European healthcare professionals started the European Obesity Center project in the Netherlands with the goal to create a sustainable obesity treatment program. The conclusion; obesity is not a weight loss problem, it is an addiction that has to be treated with behavioral therapy designed to impact life style changes with a constructive lifelong solution for each individual client. Since 2008 the European company has treated thousands of clients with a 60% success rate of weight loss maintenance after three years. In the spring of 2017 we will open our first clinic in the Atlanta metro area.
