- Since 1940, Danco Metal Products has been a leader in the manufacture of fabricated metal and polycarbonate assemblies, enclosures and complex parts, working with customers to achieve challenging customer requirements. Located in Avon Lake, OH (20 minutes west of Cleveland), Danco is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. As a result of our performance we have maintained a leadership position in the manufacture of critical fabrications and assemblies in our most demanding industries, including: healthcare, information technologies, telecommunications, POP displays, nuclear, retail products and aerospace. Danco operates from a new 82,000 square foot facility designed and built specifically for our business. Our in house capabilities include engineering and design, quick turn prototyping, automated materials management, laser cutting, punch press, forming, insert and spot weld, CNC machining, robotic and manual welding, finishing, extensive powder coating, value added assembly and kitting, and shipping and logistics.
