- Families First Health & Support Center is the community health center and family resource center serving the Seacoast region of New Hampshire and Southern Maine, with affordable primary health care for all ages, parenting and family programs, prenatal care, dental care and mobile health care for the homeless. Our mission: To contribute to the health and well-being of the Seacoast community by providing a broad range of health and family services to all, regardless of ability to pay.Families First is considered a desirable place to work in the Seacoast. Three employees share the reasons they like working here:Mary Malloy, Primary Care and Chronic Disease Management Nurse (since 2008)I love that I get to spend as much time as a patient needs, as often as they need, to help them understand and cope with their diabetes. I love my colleagues, who inspire me to do the best I can for every patient, without judgment. I love that we look at a patient's insurance status only to figure out how to help them, not to determine whether we will help them.Cheryl Mosley, Front Office Coordinator (since 2004)I have great communication with my supervisor. I get to help patients many patients try to get services and are surprised when they come here that we really are here to help them; it makes you feel good. Staff are great to work with; we are like a family. Were very busy, so the day goes by quickly. My ideas are heard and sometimes implemented.
