SPEAK! was launched in 2008, when Katrina saw the need for a franchise industry speakers bureau that would help franchisors find the perfect speakers, trainers, facilitators, emcees and entertainers to authentically connect with their franchisees. As franchise specialists, the SPEAK! team, works with clients in two ways: 1. SPEAK! supplies hand-picked matches based on a franchisors content objectives as well as the culture of their system. 2. Franchisors assign SPEAK! speakers who may be of interest to research, vet and manage.In either scenario, there is no fee to the franchisor for SPEAK!s services as the speakers pay a commission when placed. SPEAK! seamlessly becomes part of the convention planning team and takes all the stress and worry out of the myriad details involved in working with outside talent.
