• Tri Global Energy was founded in January 2009 with a commitment to becoming a leader in the development of renewable energy sources that are clean and sustainable. Since our inception, we have placed into development wind generation projects to produce some 6,600 megawatts of power when they become fully operational. We currently have wind energy projects underway in Texas and New Mexico and are deepening our involvement in solar energy as well. Our first wind energy projects are scheduled to be operational in 2016, and we anticipate bringing 450 to 600 megawatts of new wind energy on line each year. Our early leadership in wind energy in Texas was in a large part due to our proprietary Wind Force Plan, a development model that provided fair compensation to everyone involved in a wind project partners, landowners, stakeholders and local communities. Since then, we have continued to develop innovative ways to work with communities, local governments, corporations and other partners to identify potential wind and solar energy projects; structure and secure financing; and oversee the design, construction and, when necessary, the consolidation of renewable energy projects.
