Whats better is that your hands-on clinical training begins in weeks, not months, and general education requirements are included in the nursing curriculum, so no prerequisites are necessary to start your nursing education. If you're new to nursing, we offer a 2-year Associate Degree of Nursing (ADN), as well as a Practical/Vocational Nursing (PN/VN) Program in the Day or Evening. For current LPN/LVNs seeking their Registered Nursing (RN) degree, some campuses offer an LPN/LVN-RN Bridge Program which can be taken solely on campus or you may choose the online/on-ground hybrid option.Galen College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award Associate Degrees. Galen College is approved by the Kentucky Board of Nursing, Texas Board of Nursing, Florida Board of Nursing, and Ohio Board of Nursing. We offer a low student-to-faculty ratio and classes begin four times a year (not just two) so that when youre ready, so are we.
