- The Stair Barrier is an entirely new brand of product that offers solutions where currently there is no clear solution or product choice. The Stair Barrier BB (banister to banister) will be the first product to launch and offer parents (of children and pets) a safe, attractive, customized and personalized, non-permanent solution to keep children and pets off the stairs. The Stair Barrier BW (wall to banister) will launch thereafter. The purpose of the product is to keep children off the stairs and pets contained to one level of the home. While there are numerous gates designed for between rooms and the top of the stairs, there are few designed specifically for the bottom of the stairs, and even fewer gates that work effectively with the various banister designs (width of stairwells and design/shape of banisters) in todayâs homes.
