• This page will highlight the activities of the National Center for Telehealth & Technology (T2) as we press forward with our mission to lead the development of telehealth and technology solutions for psychological health and traumatic brain injury (TBI) to improve the lives of our nations warriors, veterans, and their families.The National Center for Telehealth & Technology is a Department of Defense (DoD) leader in developing technology solutions to address psychological health and traumatic brain injury. T2 is a component center of the Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury (DCoE) which is aligned to the United States Army Medical Research and Material Command (MRMC) as their executive agent. T2 was established in 2008 with its headquarters on Joint Base Lewis-McChord and maintains a satellite office in the National Capital Region of Washington, D.C.T2 was created to help address the health and wellness issues service members experience as a result of psychological health and traumatic brain injuries experienced during combat deployments. The center focuses on technology solutions that can be leveraged to identify, treat, and minimize or eliminate the short and long-term adverse effects of TBI and mental health conditions associated with military service.
