- Ross Solar was founded by the Ross family in 2007. Ross Solar became part of ConEdison Solutions in January 2017. Since 2007, Ross Solar has installed over 14,000,000 watts in the Northeast. Ross Solar is an eligible installer under every major photovoltaic incentive program in the Northeast.Our lead installer and designer, Jason Ross, has direct experience installing over three hundred systems. Jason is one of a limited number of NABCEP certified installers in the Country. Jason was one of the first licensed photovoltaic licensed installers in the State of Connecticut. Our installation crew has over 27 years of combined installation experience. Ross Solar works with every major solar electric equipment supplier to ensure the specific needs of our clients are met on a case by case basis.Our installation capacity ranges from 2kW (10 panels) at the Bridgeport Beardsley Zoo to, 4 Bed Bath & Beyond sites in New Jersey, a 465kW Walmart in New York, a 700kW (3000+ panels) at a manufacturing facility in Perth Amboy, NJ and a 1.56mW system in New York City.Our friendly staff is available to answer your questions about solar at anytime.
