• A J Miller Consluting is a partnership of executives from the packaged goods industry and the public sector.A J Miller Consulting is led by its Managing Partner, Andy Miller. Mr. Miller has 15 years of packaged goods experience. He began his career at Procter & Gamble where he was in brand management on the Folgers and Duncan Hines Brands. Mr. Miller also led the Nabisco/ConAgra margarine brands of Parkay, Blue Bonnet and Fleischmann's. His experience also includes leading the development of a start-up company, Nature's Entree, which competed in the mainstream frozen food category.Most recently, Mr. Miller completed six-years as a cabinet official in the State of Indiana. He was chief executive for the Deparments of Agriculture, Disaster Recovery and Motor Vehicles.Through out his career, he has honed his skills in strategic planning, general management / execution, and mergers and acquisitions. With his work in the private sector, he has developed a strong ability to assess businesses and then identify unique, focused strategies that insure sustainable, profitable and executable go-to-market plans. This includes helping companies define strategic opportunities for mergers and/or acquisitions. His work in the public sector afforded him the opportunity to leverage these skills and execute them in very large organizations, including building teams to support them.
