- PACON is an AS9100C / ISO9001 5-Axis CNC machine shop specializing in machining complex geometry and close-tolerance components from almost any material including Titanium, Nickel-alloys (Kovar, Carpenter, Hastelloy, Inconel), Stainless Steel, Magnesium, Aluminum, Brass, Copper, plastics (ULTEM, Delrin, PVC), extrusions and castings. We are a one-stop-shop providing 5-Axis machining, welding/brazing, plating, marking and light assembly from prototype through cost-competitive production. Our team serves a variety of markets including Aerospace & Defense, Medical Equipment, Industrial Automation, Semiconductor and Communications. With Shoptech E2, we maintain digital records using bar-coded travelers for production control and job traceability.
