The company, then known as Sport Surfaces International, Inc., not only manufactured tennis court coatings but was one of the largest tennis court installers in the Atlanta area. In 2012, the installation business was sold and the name changed to Stegas, Inc., which allowed the company to concentrate on its core business of paint and coating manufacturing.
