Many home healthcare companies are franchises, and many are managed by out-of-state entities. But this husband and wife team decided to start from scratch, inventing a brand new concept in home healthcare.Their concept was born of personal experience with their parents and grandparents who could not stay in their homes because their need for professional care was too great. With Polly and Randys concept of in-home care, their family members could have spent their final years in much happier circumstances.The memory of this experience prompted Polly and Randy to do better.
