- ALLY RISK SERVICES MERGES WITH JH BERRY INSURANCE BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (January 20, 2015) Barry Faulkner, President of Ally Risk Services, recently announced the acquisition of the J.H. Berry Insurance Agency. The newly merged company will combine the insurance and risk management expertise of Ally Risk Services with the insurance experience that comes with the JH Berry name, a brand that has been in the insurance business since 1908. The new company will take the name JH Berry Risk Services.Weve always had great respect for the JH Berry brand and were honored to be joining forces with a company that has been in business for more than 100 years, said Barry Faulkner. Service has been the cornerstone of the corporate culture for both of our companies. Joining together, we become a stronger team, where our focus continues to be to consult with our clients and provide them with well thought-out solutions, Faulkner said. JH Berry Risk Services offers consultation for risk management, including risk identification, assessment, control and financing. They also broker insurance solutions for business and personal lines from a number of well-known underwriters.JHB Risk Services is now a true full service agency, offering specialized services from small and large commercial accounts to personal lines, Faulkner said.
