• TRIAD was born out of decades-long concern for the plight of small non-profit organizations that are faced with limited funds yet called develop services in response to local needs. We have found that, often, the very organizations who need to develop their programs the most are, ironically, the organizations who can least afford the full time program development staff necessary to build responses to human needs. Whats more, these organizations tend to lie in geographic areas that are economically depressed, thus the human need is greater, yet the agencys capacity to respond and minister is less. TRIADs team has also come to recognize that those agencies that become stale or troubled tend to be those who have strayed from their mission or, worse, never clearly established one in the first place. TRIAD is committed to the concept that the most viable and effective organizations are those that are firmly based on their mission and purpose. TRIADs vision has been to offer program development consultation in a manner, structure and pricing format that enables organizations - whether financially challenged, new or that wish to revitalize themselves - access to professional social service planning and development services. TRIAD is available at varying levels of utilization - whether developing entire agency structure from the ground up; a short-term project-specific engagement; specific staff or volunteer training; or for a specific conference, workshop, strategic planning session or a special fund raising or awareness event. TRIAD may also be retained on an annual basis, available to serve as adjunct professional staff as capacity is developed. Through its team of consultants and strategic partners across the country, TRIAD is able to deliver expertise beyond the capabilities of any single consultant.
