These smaller companies default more often and have fewer, more expensive options when financial trouble strikes. The Firm invests in non-control stakes and targets situations where it can influence the outcome, sometimes by employing its distinctive brand of 'constructive activism'. The Firms Principals each have over 30 years of investment experience, 20 years in the distressed investment market. The Team is comprised of 6 professionals with an average firm tenure of 13 years. The Team has deep and complimentary experience in out-of-court bankruptcies, debt restructurings, debtor-in-possession and exit financing, capital structure arbitrage and trading.
