• Pacific Sensor has been manufacturing corrosion testing equipment for over 20 years. We offer a wide variety of corrosion coupons, rack assemblies, coupon holders, electrodes, and Lubricity Specimens for the High Frequency Reciprocating Rig. We also offer post exposure analysis for coupons. We can use either a dry cleaning or chemical cleaning procedure depending upon the customers requirements. Upon completion of the analysis you will receive a full report detailing the weight loss and corrosion rate calculation for each coupon. We can also provide pictures and pit analysis upon request. Pacific Sensor has a wide variety of corrosion rack assemblies to meet any of your needs. We offer 2 and 4 station racks in schedule 80 pvc, clear pvc, black iron and stainless steel. Both 1 and ¾ systems are available. All rack assemblies come with an 8 gpm dole valve (or other size of your choosing) and a ball valve. We offer single and double sided coupon holders in steel, pvc, Teflon, and Stainless steel for both our ¾ and 1 systems. We can also design a customized rack assembly if you have special requirements. We manufacture a wide variety of pair electrode sets and corrater tips. Many alloys are available including mild steel, copper, admiralty brass, stainless steel and many others upon request. Pacific Sensor manufactures both Double and Single sided Disc and Ball sets for the High Frequency Reciprocating Rig used in diesel lubricity testing. These test discs and balls meet the requirement of ISO 12256-1, ASTM D 6079 and CEC F-06-A-96.
