We work with patients and their families to prepare them emotionally, physically and spiritually for the journey they are on. Our staff is trained to anticipate the probable course of disease and educates, arranges for the proper medications and supplies to be in the home, and walks side by side with people on this journey. Our goal is for there to be no surprises or long periods of discomfort. We know that there are no do overs in end of life care so we work very hard to get it right the first time. We do this with state of the art communication systems, an electronic documentation system, very low patient staff ratios, excellent clinical partners, constant end of life education, and an extensive quality assurance and performance improvement program.Although we have the capability of moving a patient to a facility if that is your desire, we specialize in providing our care in the home. We respond rapidly to your requests for assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.We are the first privately owned Joint Commission Accredited Hospice in Colorado. This means that we have voluntarily agreed to meet a standard that is significantly higher than required by the State or Federal Government. We chose to do this to ensure you and your family that you were choosing a hospice that stands for quality care.We service Larimer, Weld, Boulder, Adams, Broomfield, and some of Denver counties. We can easily cover this territory because we have two distinct teams; North and South, and the team members, especially our nurses, live within the area they serve. Our phones are answered 24 hours a day 7 days a week by a Front Range Hospice employee. We are truly committed to providing you with legendary end of life care.
