She is a former judicial law clerk to Justice Maria M. Cabret, in her former capacity as Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands. Attorney Walker was also Managing Counsel of the 27th Legislature of the Virgin Islands. She is a 2001 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School.Attorney Walkers primary focus is civil litigation and criminal defense. She has successfully litigated personal injury claims, labor and employment cases and contract disputes in the Virgin Islands courts and administrative tribunals.
