She has practiced Chinese Medicine in the Washington, DC area for over 10 years.Nandy earned her acupuncture degree at the Maryland Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine and completed post-graduate training at the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shanghai, China. Additionally, Nandy earned a Graduate Certificate of Chinese Herbs at the Maryland University of Integrative Health. Using acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine, Nandy treats the whole person, not just the symptoms. She identifies and addresses the root cause of health issues, and restores balance in the body, mind and spirit. Nandy specializes in issues related to anxiety, depression, insomnia, chronic and acute pain, migraines, menopause, and has a special interest in treating conditions related to aging (including facial rejuvenation acupuncture).
