    • The mission of the Galt Foundation is to provide, promote, and expand employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities and other vocational barriers. The objective is to work toward a diverse and inclusive employment community that leads to self-sufficiency and decreases reliance on tax supported programs and services.Galt Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides temporary staffing services through our offices in Portland, Salem and Eugene, Oregon, and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.We are certified in both states to hold service contracts with state government that are designed to expand employment opportunities to individuals with disabilities. In the operation of our staffing and office supply services, more than 75% of our labor hours are generated by individuals with disabilities.Through these government contracts and additional business in the private sector, Galt Foundation provides employment opportunities to more than 1,400 individuals each year.
