Sure, these repeated transactions meant we were taking in a lot of extra revenue, but it also meant our clients were paying a lot of money to support their computers. If they would invest in a little preventative maintenance instead, they would save a lot of money. But no one in the area offered such services to residential clients so we jumped on that opportunity and started doing so. Were not afraid to evolve your business model to adapt to new technology and best fit our clients needs. Thats just how it is in the wild world of IT support: you either change with the times, or you watch all your clients slowly trickle away to the companies that are willing to change. Wed rather evolve.
