• We design and install radon and vapor mitigation systems to meet standards set by the American Academy of Radon Scientists & Technologists, EPA and State standards as well as performance criteria of consultants. We work with property owners and real estate agents on radon testing and mitigation, as well as, sub-contract for environmental consultants addressing vapor intrusion concerns including radon and volatile organic compounds, such as chlorinated solvents, TCE and PCE.Our Sub-Slab Depressurization Systems (SSDS) and Sub-Membrane Depressurization Systems (SMDS) mitigate the release of chlorinated solvents and gasoline containing carcinogenic compounds, such as tetrachlorethylene (perchloroethylene/perc/PCE), tricholorethylene (TCE), vinyl chloride, and benzene.Our projects include mitigation of radon in commercial buildings and mitigation of VI in former industrial settings, strip malls, dry cleaners and residential buildings impacted by dry cleaners or petroleum-based manufacturing.We are trained, certified and licensed to design and install Sub-Slab Depressurization Systems (SSDS) and Sub-Membrane Depressurization Systems (SMDS) which utilize state of the art fans, magnahelic gauges when requested, mounting equipment, and Schedule 40 piping to depressurize sub-slab air and efficiently and effectively stop vapor intrusion concerns. Framer-quality carpentry and finishing services are provided when required to retain a sites original character.
