- STARS provides sobering, detoxification and referral to treatment for persons suffering from alcoholism and other forms of chemical dependency.Our goal is to offer those who are chemically dependent a humane approach to treatment, with a special emphasis placed on individualization and maintaining rights and dignity.Services are available 24 hours a day seven days a week for both adults and adolescents. Programs offered are: Sub-Acute Detoxification Sobering Unit Services Detox Enhancement Program (DEP) Adolescent Program Emergency Service Patrol (ESP) Involuntary Treatment Program (ITA) Clean and Sober Housing Co-Occurring Intensive Outpatient Program (CO-IOP)
