• Guardhouse Productions is a full-service factual television and film production company headquartered in Nevada. We write and produce high-impact non-fiction programming. Guardhouse's first offering, GREEN CARDS FOR AL QAEDA, a no-holds-barred documentary on the events leading up to 9/11 and the scandalous state of national security before and since, has been picked up for distribution by Gravitas/Warner Brothers. Breakout documentarian Surya Iacono, president of Guardhouse, was a professional flight attendant for 13 years before entering the film industry. She earned a second degree in Digital Film Making in 2008. She was close friends with the flight crews who died on September 11th, and her quest to present the true story led her to film school. Veteran writer-producer Burt Kempner has a large number of major awards to his credit. His work has appeared on PBS, Discovery Channel, History Channel, CNBC and European television, among other venues. Together, Surya and Burt are committed to creating documentaries of the highest integrity, quality and value to the viewing public. Guardhouse Productions, in association with Feather Films in New Dellhi, India, and Austin Street Productions in NY, is currently in pre-production for the eight part television series Ancient India:Land of Gods and Heroes, due to air the latter part of 2014.
