• Founded in 1996, Advanced Service Technologies is a Veteran Owned Business located in Dayton Ohio. The foundation of our business is field installation services, which, combined with staging and integration, offers full turnkey solutions to our customers. Our 50,000 square feet, Staging and Integration Facility is world class. It serves as home to our corporate headquarters and nationwide field support command center. By design, this facility supports a field force of over 2,500 FBI background checked & certified AST technicians providing installation services throughout the United States and Canada. By delivering a single point of control for your technology roll out, we continue to deliver a level of quality the worlds largest off priced name brand retailers have come to rely on. We take great care to ensure that each technician assigned is not only technically qualified for the project, but also meets the requirements of our customers environment. Not all retailers are created equal, and for that, our command center staff is skilled at matching the right technician with the job every time. From technical skill set, to geographic location, background check status and appearance, the right technician is dispatched and supported from our corporate command center. The AST command center is responsible for providing all levels of support to our technicians while they are out in the field serving our customers. The goal is always to minimize the impact the service call or project roll out has on our customers own internal resources.
