- We are a fitness and lifestyle company that provides technology to the fitness industry in order to solve industry specific client-trainer challenges in assessment, programming, tracking & reporting, accountability, and motivation. We believe that these challenges grow out of 3 key issues: 1) a lack of client accountability; 2) a lack of adequate and sustained motivation provided by the fitness professional and; 3) a lack of systematic support from both club management and/or fitness professionals. In order to address these problems we provide a web-based and mobile (iOS and Android compatible) application that tracks, synthesizes, and reports relevant fitness-specific data. The application does this through a well-organized and efficient system that leverages advances in technology and the myriad quantified self devices, wearables, and other tools available to fitness professionals and clients that map a clear path to fitness and health.
