• Freedom Works Mfg., Inc. is a small AS9100 certified aerospace manufacturing facility located in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Our core competencies include aluminum and titanium sheet metal milling and fabrication (brake forming), small machined details, turnkey details, small sub-assemblies, and lathe production. We are known in the industry for our low shop rates and short lead times. We have recently developed fabrication / machining methods within our company to ensure that we keep this reputation. Freedom Works manufactures parts for programs such as the 777, 787, G650, and many more. Through our current customers we supply parts for OEMs such as Sikorsky, Lockheed, Cessna, Boeing, Bell, & Gulfstream. **NEW SHEET METAL TECHNOLOGYHUGE COST SAVINGS!! We have developed a NEW sheet metal milling technique that has been proven to allow our customers to reduce cost. This method has completely eliminated tabbing and therefore has reduced the number of operations need to manufacture sheet metal SOWs. This technology is used on all sheet metal products from .010T to .250T on any alloy from aluminum, titanium, to steel. It enables us to produce a high speed, tight tolerance part with no effected zones. We use conventional machining practices only and best of all it is still faster and cleaner than a waterjet. Using this NEW and Innovated technology we are still competitive with low quantity demands; however, we have found that this method yields the greatest COST SAVINGS for mid to large quantity demands. The pride we take in our projects is proven by maintaining a 0% Escape Part Rating and a 100% On-Time Delivery Rating.
