- We are an agency that provides Staff Assisted Hemodialysis treatments by licensed nurses in the comfort of your home. Our highly experienced clinical staff strives to provide the highest quality of care under your Doctors supervision giving you the option and Freedom to have your dialysis performed at home. Freedom at Home Dialysis is a committed team of healthcare professionals dedicated to the ethical pursuit of improving the quality of life of all our patients and presenting ourselves as advocates and leaders in our profession. Freedom at Home Dialysis (FHD) was created to give end stage renal patients another treatment option in addition to in-center, self-care home dialysis or Peritoneal dialysis. Many patients desire and need the ability to have their dialysis treatments performed in the home, however are unable to perform the necessary self-administered tasks to do so. FHD bridges that gap with the Staff Assisted dialysis program by providing a licensed nurse in the home to administer and stay with the patient during the dialysis treatment.
