Located in Winsted, Connecticut, ECLE is a full-service manufacturer, with an on-site production facility that includes a state of the art non-ferrous foundry, a cable braiding department, a metal machining department, an assembly department, and a stamping department. Founded by Charles (Chuck) and Judy Ackerman, ECLE was established to fill a need in the lightning protection industry for affordable, high quality, effective products and fast, friendly service.ECLE continually strives to develop cost-effective solutions that meet UL standards for safety.
