• Overcoming Obstacles is a free life skills program that helps educators engage students, decrease dropout rates, improve school and classroom environments, and prepare children for college and careers. Overcoming Obstacles covers over 20 vital life skills, including how to communicate effectively, make good decisions, and set and achieve goals. The program is a 2013 recipient of the National Dropout Prevention Center's Crystal Star Award, and has received numerous awards and recognition throughout its 22-year successful track record.
