• HXR Drilling Services is a US-based drilling engineering company that provides Extended Reach Drilling, Deepwater Drilling, Pore Pressure Prediction, and Wellbore Stability/Geomechanics services. Our ERD and Deepwater group uses ERDPro, our advanced well design software, and DeepwaterPro, our pore pressure prediction software that has the capability to detect/model expected pore pressure at multiple points along a 3D wellpath, rather than using a single seismic/sonic velocity stack. DeepwaterPro is specifically designed for long stepout wells in offshore environments. For complete Wellbore Stability design and RT services, our Geomechanics group utilizes the acclaimed JewelSuite pore pressure and wellbore stability software suite. Both our engineering and geoscience teams provide rigsite Drilling Specialists as well as detailed Well Design & Feasibility Studies that are conducted inhouse from our Anchorage and Houston office locations. We also provide our software to select operators for use by their drilling and G&G groups. In addition, HXR provides 2 and 3 day ERD courses. Unlike our competitors, our classes are not generalized - they are based off of the Well Design and Feasibility Studies conducted for our clients for their specific wells.
