- Based in Hibbing, Minnesota, Fairview Range is a nonprofit health care system providing exceptional clinical carefrom prevention of illness and injury to care for the most complex medical conditions. We combine the area's finest medical services to provide the most comprehensive health care system on the Iron Range and northeast Minnesota. Organizational Structure Fairview Range includes Fairview Range Medical Center, 3 primary care clinics, a wide range of specialty services, home care and senior services. Our physicians are connected to Fairview clinics and hospitals all across the state, including University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview in Minneapolis. Fairview Range Medical Center is the main facility, located in Hibbing, providing advanced, high technology, inpatient and outpatient care and offering more than 60 medical services. Fairview Mesaba Clinics are community-based clinics located through out the region in Hibbing, Mountain Iron and Nashwauk. Our clinics provide the physician partnership component and community/regional access to primary and specialty care. Fairview Range Home Medical Equipment and Fairview Range Home Care and Hospice provide the community-based home health care and hospice services that support and complement both Fairview Range Medical Center and Fairview Mesaba Clinics in the overall continuum of patient care. We have Home Medical Equipment locations in Hibbing, Virginia and International Falls, which provide delivery throughout all of Northeast Minnesota; and Home Care and Hospice services offered across the entire Range Region including the Vermilion area. The main office is located in Hibbing. Fairview Range also owns Fairview Range Greenview Residence, a memory care facility, located on the medical campus in Hibbing.
